Wondering if anyone has experience in setting AFIS requirements in terms of CRC curves [AKA Cumulative Match Characteristic Curves] rather than the old ANSI/IAI 1985 metrics of reliability and accuracy?

Would be interested in conversing on this topic relative to large-scale AFIS procurements.
