New Training Programs
The NBSP is currently designing three new courses in biometrics; two of which are scheduled for implementation by end of CY2005. They include:
1. A one day course (approximately 6 hours) of orientation in biometrics;
2. A three day course focused on buyers, integrators, and users of biometrics;
3. A 7-10 day course for general installation, maintenance and service training in biometric products. Satisfactory completion would include level 1 certification as a biometric technician.
Course content will be provided in future postings. General comments on the need or substance of such courses is invited. Thanks.
