Title: Training Supervisor

Job Description:
Coordinates training requirements and engagements for the S&L Business Unit.
Insure ability of trainers to provide comprehensive training in all areas of operations of biometric systems.
Assign training resources to engagements.
Development of comprehensive, detailed training curricula, courseware and schedules for delivery to designated customers.
Provide for evaluation of training effectiveness for every training engagement.
Establish biometric training programs for company management and staff.
Coordinate demonstrations of products at company-attended tradeshows via rotation with other trainers.
conduct training engagements
50% travel.
Minimum skills, experience, education, and other qualifications considered essential.
Bachelor’s degree (may be exchanged with appropriate, comparable levels of experience), prefer degree in forensic science, criminalistics, or related discipline.
5-7 years prior professional experience in fingerprint identification (IAI Latent Print Certification highly desirable).
Experience in a lead role or supervisor of technical staff.
Must possess demonstrated writing and editing abilities; samples may be required.
Ability to train adults and communicate methods effectively.
Prior experience in developing course syllabi, curricula and related materials.
Ability to organize the development of technical manuals.
