The conference is open to the general public. The conference registration fee is $495.00 (regular) and $250.00 (student rate - active student ID required). Receipts will be generated and emailed within 3-5 working days of registration.

Location

The Conference will be held at the Baltimore Convention Center, One West Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21201-2499 USA (300 Level). The Convention Center in the heart of downtown Baltimore. Directions to the Convention Center.

Transportation

The Baltimore Convention Center is conveniently located close to public transportation for easy access by MARC Train or Baltimore's Lightrail to Washington, D.C. or the Baltimore International Airport (BWI). Baltimore's Penn Station is a short 7minute drive while BWI Airport is only 20 minutes by car. There are many parking garages and lots in close proximity of the Convention Center.

The Conference registration does not include your hotel reservation.  Room blocks have been reserved at two local hotels, both within walking distance to the Convention Center. Reservations may be made directly with the hotel of your choice.

Requests received after the "Register by" dates, or after the room blocks are filled, will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.  Guaranteed late arrival deposits are suggested for check-in after 4:00 PM.  Check with your hotel for their cancellation policy.  

The hotel has sold out for previous Biometric Consortium Conferences so we suggest you make your reservations early.
