Accommodations
August
31 - Hotel rooms at the Hyatt and surrounding area are filling
quickly. We strongly encourage anyone wanting to stay at the hotel
to try and make reservations today! Use your favorite travel site
to search on hotels in the Arlington, VA area.
The Conference
registration does not include your hotel reservation. A
block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Crystal
City, Arlington, VA USA. Reservations may be made directly
with the hotel at 703-418-1234 and also may be made through
the national Hyatt reservation number 800-233-1234.
Reservations may also be made via the web at http://www.crystalcity.hyatt.com.
The special room rates will be:
All room rates are
quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (currently
10.25%) or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at
the Hotel at the time of the meeting.
To register for a
room, please contact the Hyatt and mention that you are attending
"The Biometric Consortium Conference" no later than
Sunday August 28, 2005.
Requests received
after Sunday August 28, 2005 will be filled on a space and rate
available basis. Guaranteed late arrival deposits are
suggested for check-in after 4:00 PM. Reservations must be
cancelled by 4:00 PM the day prior to arrival to avoid a full
night's room and tax charge. Valet parking is available at the
hotel for $20/day.
The hotel was sold
out for the previous Biometric Consortium Conferences so we suggest
you make your reservations early.

the Hyatt Regency Crystal City has reached capacity, use your
favorite travel / hotel website to locate other hotels in the
Arlington, VA area or contact the Hyatt concierge at 703-418-1234.
