Exhibit Hall is currently full. We will accept "stand-by"
Exhibitor registrations (should a registered exhibitor withdraw). If you
wish to register as a "stand-by" Exhibitor, please follow the
directions below excluding booth number selection.
Interested
in Exhibiting in BC2005?
As
in previous BC conferences, the "Exhibitor's Registration Fee"
will be fulfilled by the exhibitor fully registering three (3) conference
attendees directly attributable to their company or organization. That
could be employees, prospective clients or others (attendees names can
be changed until September
2, 2005). The fee for each conference attendee is $540.00
USD so the "Exhibitor's Registration Fee" is

Exhibitor reservations will be taken on a first come, first
served basis.
Registered Exhibitors will have their logos (with link) displayed on
the conference website Exhibitor's page and will be identified
on the Exhibitor Booth Assignment page (with link). Confirmation
of booth assignment will be identified on the Exhibitor Booth Assignment
page by the exhibitor's name being shown in bold type.
Also, exhibitors will have a small write-up, describing what they are
demonstrating in their booth, along with logo and address information
placed in the Conference Information Packet.
Each confirmed exhibitor will be provided with a standard 10'x10'
carpeted booth area (pipe and drape), a table, two chairs, a wastebasket
and a small booth sign. Individual exhibitors will be directly responsible
for other booth costs including electrical power, telephone hook-ups,
special furniture and shipping and receiving costs etc. An on-line Exhibitor's
Service Kit will be made available by Freeman Decorating (our Exhibit
Hall vendor) to all confirmed exhibitors with instructions and forms
for ordering additional items from Freeman and also forms for ordering
electrical power and telephone/internet connections from the hotel.
Exhibitors will be able to select their booth locations (and alternates).
We will try to honor "1st choice" booth selections however,
confirmation of attendee registration will control the order in which
booth assignments are confirmed.

Cut-Off - NEW POLICY
To
confirm booth selection, all exhibitors MUST fully register their three
conference attendees not later than COB 12 July 2005. On 13 July
2005, all "non-confirmed" booths will be made available
to other prospective exhibitors who have fully registered three conference
attendees, on a first come, first served basis.

register as an exhibitor, please go to (1) Exhibitor

Exhibit Hall Floor Plan; and the (3)
Exhibitor Booth Assignment pages. Please review the Exhibit Floor
Plan and the Booth Assignment web page for information on available booths
prior to filling out and submitting the Exhibitor's Registration Form.
Please be sure to provide a 1st, 2nd and 3rd booth preference.
While general security will be provided in the exhibit area during
exhibit hours, we strongly recommend that you do not leave valuable
equipment unattended either during exhibit hours or overnight.
We
encourage attendees and exhibitors to stay at the conference hotel as
that helps us with conference costs. Click on the General Information
