one mile from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, minutes from

Registration
The
conference was open to the general public.
The
conference registration fee was $400.00 US and included
coffee breaks, lunches (Monday and Tuesday), a reception on Monday
evening, and conference materials. For

Accommodations
The
Conference registration does not include your hotel reservation.
A block of rooms has
been reserved at the Hyatt Regency
Crystal City. Reservations may be made directly with the hotel
at (703) 418-1234 and also may be made through the national
Hyatt reservation number, 800-233-1234 or at http://www.crystalcity.hyatt.com.
The
special room rate will be the prevailing Government per
diem rate,
currently $150/night, plus 9.75% tax for a single occupancy or
$175/night, plus 9.75% tax for double occupancy. To register
for a room, please contact the Hyatt and mention
that you are attending the "Biometric Consortium Conference"
no later than Sunday, August 29, 2004.
Requests
received after Sunday August 29, 2004 will be filled on a space and
rate available basis. Guaranteed late arrival deposits are
suggested for check-in after 4 PM. Reservations must be
cancelled by 4 PM the day prior to arrival to avoid a full night's
room and tax charge. Valet parking is available at the hotel
for $20/day.
The
hotel was sold-out for the previous two Biometric Consortium
conferences so we suggest you make your reservations early.
