Location
The
Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, 2799 Jefferson
Davis Highway, Arlington, VA, 22202, USA. The hotel is
one mile from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, minutes from
Alexandria, VA, downtown Washington, D.C. and Georgetown. More information

This is the same site as the Consortium's September 2002
conference which sold out with over 925 attendees registered and exhibits
from 75 organizations.
Registration
The
conference is open to the general public.
The Conference registration fee is $300 per person.
The
registration fee includes
coffee breaks, lunches (Monday and Tuesday), a small reception on Monday
evening, and conference materials. Requests for cancellation and refund
must be sent to the Registration Contact by Monday, September 8, 2003. For
