Each Exhibitor must register at least 3 persons for the conference.  Registration of the required number of persons, under your company’s name, will constitute the Exhibitor Registration Fee.  Each Exhibitor will be provided with an Exhibitor’s Services Kit that will include information for ordering unique exhibitor items (electrical power, telephone hook-ups, shipping services and other items) at the Exhibitor’s expense.  Booth selection is not confirmed until your three attendees’ registrations are received.  You will be notified when your booth number is confirmed.  We will try to honor your 1^st Choice booth selection.   However, confirmed attendee registration will control the order of booth assignment. A detailed Exhibit Schedule will be provided but, for planning purposes, Exhibit setup is planned for Sunday 21 September 2003.

We encourage that the people you register for the conference stay at the conference hotel.

Security will not be provided in the exhibit area so we strongly recommend that you do not leave valuable equipment unattended.
